Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

ZahanAI is a fully digital platform. We do not ship any physical products. All services are delivered electronically via your web browser. This policy describes how service access is activated and delivered after payment.

1. Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping

ZahanAI does not sell or ship physical goods of any kind. All products/services are intangible, digital AI tools delivered online through zahanai.com. No courier, postal, or logistics services are involved.

2. Services Delivered

The following 8 AI-powered services are available upon subscription activation:

🤖 Urdu AI Chat

Conversational AI in Urdu — no translation needed.

Emails, proposals, ads, and professional reports on demand.

Urdu–English translation preserving meaning, tone & context.

3. Service Activation Timeline

PayFast (JazzCash / EasyPaisa / Card): Access activated within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–9pm PKT).
Bank Transfer: Activated within 2–4 hours of payment confirmation with receipt.
After-hours payments: Activated the next business morning by 10am PKT.
You will receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation once your account is activated.

4. Service Availability

ZahanAI services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Target uptime: 99.9%. Planned maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.
Unplanned outages exceeding 4 hours may be compensated with subscription extension at our discretion.

5. Access Method

Services are accessed via web browser at zahanai.com — no app download required.
Compatible with all modern browsers on mobile and desktop.

6. Geographic Coverage

ZahanAI services are currently available to users in Pakistan. USD pricing applies to Pakistan-based subscribers only.
